Big news, music lovers! Surya Ensemble is back — and we’re bringing our signature Beyond Borders, Beyond Genres fusion to a brand new stage.

For the first time ever, we’ll be performing at the Abernathy Arts Center in Sandy Springs, and we couldn’t be more excited!

 

A Fresh Start at Abernathy Arts Center

If you haven’t been to Abernathy Arts Center yet, you’re in for a treat. This creative hub is Fulton County’s oldest neighborhood arts center, known for its welcoming atmosphere and vibrant art scene. We’re thrilled to add our world music storytelling to their legacy of creativity.

 

Introducing Our New Harpist!

We’ve got a special surprise for this show: the debut of our brand new harp player! Their ethereal sound will add a whole new dimension to our “Elements” journey, especially during the Water segment—think shimmering, moonlit melodies that’ll transport you straight into the heart of creation. Trust us, you don’t want to miss this!

  • We’re switching things up with a Friday night show (August 22, 2025, doors at 8:00 PM). Perfect for date nights, girls’ nights out, and anyone looking to kick off the weekend with a classy, unforgettable experience.
  • Expect our signature mix of East-West fusion: mesmerizing live music, soul-stirring ballads, foot-tapping beats, and Maria Martynova’s hypnotic fusion dance.

  • A musical journey through Earth, Water, Wind, and Fire, told through shehnai, violin, viola, guitar, daff, dance, and now—harp!
